Ligue 1 Top 5 Solo Goals: Tireless Saint-Maximin wows!

Allan Saint-Maximin gets our pick as the best solo goal from Ligue 1 for the 2016-17 season. The Bastia winger flew past a host of Caen defenders as he dribbled from inside his own half before finishing superbly. And to cap it all off - the 20-year-old still had the energy to celebrate his goal with a somersault! Saint-Maximin's effort beat out a fine solo goal from Morgan Sanson who made a mockery of the Lorient defence before dragging the ball past the keeper to score into an empty net for Montpellier.
