Odegaard finally nets first Heerenveen goal - after 15 games!
Real Madrid starlet Martin Odegaard has finally scored while on loan at Eredivisie side Heerenveen.
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has shown glimpses of his quality in the 15 appearances he has made - creating three goals and also attracting plenty of hefty challenges and red cards from opponents.
But surprisingly the teen sensation had yet to score until Heerenveen's playoff match with FC Utrecht.
Odegaard's goal came in the 62nd minute of a 3-1 loss and there was also a slice of luck about the goal as it took a big deflection on its way in.
