UCL: Arsenal 1-5 (agg: 2-10) Bayern - Vidal & Co show no mercy!
Arturo Vidal celebrated with a kiss to the camera but the Bayern Munich midfielder may have just sealed Arsene Wenger's fate as Arsenal boss after his two late goals completed an utterly embarrassing Champions League round of 16 exit to the German giants.
The Gunners trailed the first leg 5-1 and cut the deficit at home with a fine first half strike by Theo Walcott. But it was all Bayern in the second period after Laurent Koscielny gave away a penalty - converted by Robert Lewandowski - and was sent off eight minutes in.
Goals from Arjen Robben and Douglas Costa would soon follow before Vidal turned the knife in Wenger with a brace in the final five minutes including a dink over the poor Arsenal keeper for the whopping 10-2 aggregate victory.
